Foundgrove LLC (“Foundgrove,” “we,” “us”) is a remote-first, US-based digital marketing agency.

2. What we collect

We collect information you submit through forms (name, email, company, message), information automatically gathered via cookies and analytics (IP address, browser, pages visited), and conversion-tracking signals from our advertising partners.

3. How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, send relevant marketing communications you opt into, and improve our services. We use analytics data to understand site performance and to optimize our paid advertising. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies

We use first-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and conversion-tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta) to measure marketing performance. You can opt out of analytics via your browser settings or by enabling Do-Not-Track. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. Contact us at hello@foundgrove.com to exercise any of these rights.

6. Data retention

We retain inquiry data for 24 months after last contact, marketing-list data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data per Google's default retention windows. Server logs are rotated every 30 days.

7. Third parties

We share data with vetted vendors only as necessary to deliver services: hosting (Vercel), email (Postmark), CRM (HubSpot), analytics (Google), and ad networks (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Each vendor signs a data processing agreement.
